Copyrights - Books, brochures, articles and other forms of literature, computer applications and programs, speeches, plays, audio and video works, architectural works, drawings, paintings, etc. are protected under the Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights.
Patents - From an innovative idea to an improvement in an invention in all areas of technology (provided that such an idea or innovation has a scientific basis), patent protection is granted in accordance with Federal Law No. 31 of 2016.
However, there are some things such as plant and animal research and spices, biological methods of animal and plant production, diagnostic methods, treatments and surgical procedures, mathematical principles, etc., which are not protected under the law.
